Quotes provided through the Site, by text, or by phone are estimates and may be adjusted based on an on-site assessment of the property.

Appointments are scheduled based on availability and weather conditions. Mechanical Magic LLC reserves the right to reschedule service due to inclement weather or safety concerns. Customers may reschedule or cancel an appointment by contacting us directly; we ask for as much advance notice as possible.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon satisfactory completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, credit card, Zelle, and Venmo. Quoted prices are based on the information and access provided at the time of the quote; additional charges may apply if the scope of work materially differs on site (for example, undisclosed heavy staining or restricted access).

6. Satisfaction & Limitation of Liability

We aim for every customer to be satisfied with the completed work. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mechanical Magic LLC's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from a customer's failure to disclose known surface defects prior to service.
